Congratulations to Allie Magee for being selected as CCTC’s Top Titan for the first quarter of 2025!
According to her supervisor, Allie embodies excellence in everything she undertakes. From coordinating major events like the MLK March in collaboration with USC to supporting our various student organizations, she approaches each task with remarkable dedication and skill. Her ability to bring people together and execute complex events seamlessly has strengthened both our campus and our broader community connections.
What truly sets Allie apart is her unwavering spirit in the face of challenges. When New Student Orientation was unexpectedly canceled due to weather, she didn’t complain—instead, she rallied the team to personally call each student. This resilience and positive attitude have made her the heart of the CSLS department.
Colleagues describe Allie as the face of their department, bringing fresh ideas, honest feedback, and valuable insights that align with our college’s core values. Her deep understanding of how our institution functions allows her to move initiatives forward efficiently and effectively.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Allie’s personal impact on those around her cannot be overstated. She serves as a mentor and inspiration, teaching colleagues new approaches to student engagement and always making time to be a thoughtful sounding board for ideas.
Her commitment to integrity shines through in her transparency with student organizations and in holding everyone, including herself, to the highest standards. Even in moments when no one is watching, Allie consistently does what’s right.
Perhaps most importantly, Allie approaches everything with creativity and genuine care—whether creating events like “Pizza for Peace of Mind” during finals week or simply being present for students and colleagues who need support.
