This course is offered two different formats. Both classes are designed for an individual with no experience in forklift operation. Students will learn to operate a forklift in a safe and professional manner. This class includes face to face instruction, written evaluation, practical training and a demonstration of competency by the trainee on the forklift. This course is also used as the three-year refresher certification for those who are already certified for forklift use. Trainees will receive a certificate for satisfactory completion of the course.
- A student may enroll in the online course, complete the program and schedule the practical driving training and evaluation at their convenience with the instructor.
- A student may also enroll in the classroom format face to face instruction and complete the training and practical evaluation at the end of the second day of instruction.
