This program provides technical knowledge and training to become a Basic EMT. It prepares students to give efficient care to critically ill and injured at the scene and en route to medical facility. The program is certified by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. Successful completion makes students eligible to take the national certification examination. Some Saturday classes will be required.
